We offer 18.98% IRR and 1.88X equity.
This is the best time to invest in real estate since the economy is slowing down which causes the volatility of the stock market as well as investing in bitcoins or crypto. Real estate offers better returns and its value will continue to appreciate over time.
Our hold period can vary anywhere from 3 to 5 years. Our investors will be receiving annual distributions all the way to our exit, where we expect around 1.88X equity multiples.
